We don't ask for a free pass to your site when you join
BUT we do reserve the right to ask for it at a later time.
If you refuse you will be suspended until the problem is resolved.
You must have a kid safe site,
nothing more to say about that.
Your site must be in English, German OR translated,
sorry that's all we can read.
You do not have to have a site to join but if you do
a members logo must be added with a clickable link back to FDE
within 7 days of receiving the notice that your membership request was approved.
If you don't have it added your membership will be revoked until it is added to your site
A members page is fine.
If you have a site you must have the 'No Right Click' and 'No Image Toolbar' code installed.
If you don't have these on your site the link to Dynamic Drive where you can get them
for free is at the bottom of this page.
If you have your graphics in a members area that requires a password to enter no code is required.
You may NEVER share your login information with anyone.
If you do you will be removed from FDE members area
And NO refund will be given.
We reserve the right to deny anyone membership.
No refund will be given in anyway once your membership payment is accepted.
We also reserve the right to change the TOU as we see fit.
Our images are not to be passed through emails,
groups such as Google, MSN, AOL, Yahoo etc. and foren.
TUBES
Do not alter the tubes meaning cut or delete parts of them,
recolor and such unless stated otherwise by us.
Download and save to your own hard drive,
NO direct linking
You must add something more than text to the tubes to make it your own creation.
You may sell your creations
as web-sets,
Sig-tags, premades or whatever else you make.
Just please be sure you link
them back to FaeryDust Express.
You can NOT make tutorials, lineart or re-tube or
re-distribute the tubes from FDE.
SIG-TAGS and Stationery
Members may make tags with the pixeltagger
ONLY for themselves, they are for the members of FDE.
You may not alter the sigtags in any way.
All sig-tags must be linked back to FDE

The same goes for stationeries, they should have a link at the bottom
You cannot take apart stationery downloaded from our site and remake.
LINE ART
You may tube our lines.
You may alter our lines by 50% to make clothes and accessories work with the line.
You may NOT claim our lines as your own and put them on your
site for download as is, you MUST color them first.
In case you want to write tutorials using our lines you will have to purchase a Tutorial License.
Tutorial Licenses are available for a small fee.
MEMBERS SPECIALS
Where applicable, please make sure you read their Terms all sites have
different TOU.
These specials are for members of FDE ONLY.
This website is totally our making and must not be copied.
That also means
that any images may not be included in any collection ... on CD or over the
internet.
